Consultant Christina Kaiser has a passion for guiding people in leadership and professional growth.  She earned her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and currently teaches there in the Business Management and Organizational Leadership programs.  Christina is an experienced educator, assessment administrator, and training curriculum writer.  She also has experience as a placement coordinator, guiding clients through the protocols of the career search process.  Through her doctoral studies at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota, she is a Minnesota Rule 114 trained mediator as well. Christina is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations develop effective leadership and  providing opportunities for growth.
